Do you have a catalog? We are sorry, but we do not carry a catalog. We are continuously adding products to the site so it is impossible for us to have an accurate catalog to distribute to our customers. We just ask our customers to check our website for price and availability.
Why are your prices so low? Are the products refurbished? Our business model is different from probably every other medical supply company. We keep our prices low by being an online company and not having the added expense of a retail store. We run on slim margins, but we are very confident that by providing excellent products and services we will continuously get the repeat business from our satisfied customers. And no, our products are not used or refurbished. They are all brand new.
Is my order subject to state sales tax? Orders shipped to New York addresses are subject to state sales tax.
Do you send out samples? We are sorry, but we do not send out samples. We do suggest that you purchase the smallest quantity available to make sure that the product is what you are wanting. If you contact the manufacturer directly, sometimes they might send you out a sample.
Do you accept Insurance or Medicare? We are sorry, but we are unable to file the insurance claims for you. That is not to say that you can't get reimbursed. We do e-mail the order receipt to every customer once the order is placed online. From there, the customer can use this invoice to submit it to the provider for reimbursement. Of course, we can't guarantee reimbursement because that is between the customer and the provider.
